This is an easy brunch dish that you start the night before and wake up to a done meal. Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) bag frozen southern style hash brown potatoes |
1 lb bacon, cut, fried and drained |
1 lb sausage, crumbled, browned and drained |
1/2 cup diced onion |
1 green pepper, diced |
3/4 lb cheddar cheese, diced |
1 dozen egg |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Layer the frozen potatoes, bacon, onions, green pepper and cheese in the crockpot in two or three layers. 2. Finish up with cheese. 3. Beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together. 4. Pour over the whole mixture. 5. Cook on low for ten to twelve hours. |
