I learned this from an old sheepherder in southern Utah. Ingredients:
1 lb link sausage |
6 eggs, beaten |
1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cook sausage in oven proof pan (I use cast iron). 3. Remove cooked sausage and drain well; add eggs, sausage, and cheese. 4. Bake in oven until eggs are set. |
