Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hash browns, frozen |
1 lb bacon or 1 lb sausage |
3 eggs |
2 ounces velveeta cheese |
2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 can cream of potato soup |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook the hash browns with the onion till crisp. 2. Fry the meat. 3. Mix in a 13 X 9 pan. 4. Add the cheeses, soup, beaten eggs, salt and pepper. 5. Bake at 350 for 30 to 50 minutes. |
