Serve right off the stove. Ingredients:
1 lb of your favorite pork sausage |
5 eggs scrambled |
1 1/2 cups chedder or taco cheese |
1/4 cup salsa |
20 soft burrito shells |
sour cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place a roll of sausage in a fry pan and cook until done. Drain all the grease and add your scrambled eggs and cook till eggs are cook. Take pan off skillet, top with cheese and cover. Heat burrito shells in microwave for about 20 seconds, or until soft. Remove lid from pan, add salsa and fill burrito shells. Serve hot. Freeze remaining burritos and microwave on high for 1 minute when ready to reheat. Top with sour cream. |
