Low calorie-high fiber breakfast burrito Ingredients:
16 oz breakfast sausage |
64 oz egg beaters |
1 1/2 cup cheese, shredded |
3 small potatoes, diced |
36 flour tortillas, low carb |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage. 2. Cook Egg Beaters...using Pam in the pan 3. Dice 3 small potatoes 4. Mix above ingredients together in a large bowl 5. Scoop 1/2 cup mixture and put in flour tortilla. 6. Sprinkle with cheese 7. Roll and wrap in plastic wrap. |
