A nice basic breakfast burritos recipe. Enjoy it.
Ingredients:
8 eggs
8 tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 lb sausage
1/2 cup mushroom, sauteed (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook sausage, pour off fat.
2. Combine eggs into sausage and cook until soft done.
3. Sprinkle in cheese.
4. Place portion onto tortilla, fold once, fold each end and roll.
5. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
6. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
7. May also use sauteed green peppers or chopped ham or crumbled bacon instead of sausage.
