Breakfast Bread in Breadmaker |

This recipe was inspired by the breakfast bread sold at Publix grocery stores. It is very healthy and filling. Ingredients:
14 ounces water |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 tablespoons ground flax seeds |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
2 tablespoons dry milk |
1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds |
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/3 cup pecans, chopped |
1/3 cup almonds, chopped |
1/2 cup oats |
1 1/3 cups mixed dried fruit |
1 1/2 cups bread flour |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Coarsely grind nuts in blender. Put all ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker to whole wheat cycle. |
