I doctored a mix to make these. They are VERY moist, and taste almost like dessert! I eat them while I'm in class at university, and they're a good breakfast or snack. Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups quaker low fat honey bran muffin mix |
1 1/8 cups water |
1 small apple, chopped |
1 cup baby carrots, chopped |
1/4 cup golden raisin |
Directions:
1. preheat over and lightly spary your muffin pans. 2. use a processor to chop the apple and carrots into small pieces, or use a knife. 3. mix all ingredients until blended. 4. fill cups 2/3 full. 5. bake for 20-22 minutes. 6. remove from pan when cool. |
