This can work for as many as you'd like. It makes a great brunch, snack, dessert, or noshie. Layer the berries, yogurt, and granola and it's colorful plus nutritious. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced strawberries |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup granola |
3 - 4 oz. vanilla yogurt |
1 -2 tbsp. honey |
Directions:
1. Mix the honey into the yogurt to taste. 2. Layer half of the strawberries, blueberries, and raspbierries into a parfait glass, top with half of the yogurt and then half of the granola. Repeat. This can be chilled until you're ready to enjoy them. |
