Ingredients:
2 corn tortillas
1/4 cup black beans, drained
2 tbsp salsa
1 oz cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Divide the black beans between 2 corn tortillas
2. Shred cheese, sprinkle evenly over the 2 tortillas.
3. Microwave for 30 sec (or until cheese melts)
4. Add salsa to each tortilla
5. Roll and eat.
