Low calorie breakfast bars...cereal to go!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. brown sugar
4 oz. light 'n fit nonfat vanilla
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. all bran
1 1/2 weetabix biscuits (3 biscuits)
Directions:
1. Crumble 2 Weetabix biscuits, leaving big chunks, and shred the other one.
2. Blend or process 1/2 c. All Bran into fine powder. Mix with the other cup and Weetabix.
3. Mix the cereals with the brown sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
4. Mix the yogurt, egg white, and vanilla together. Fold the cereal mixture into the wet mixture.
5. Place into a pan and into a 325 degree oven for around 30 minutes.
