These bars are great! They taste like no-bake cookies, but contain honey and natural peanut butter so they are much better for you. Add your favorite seeds, dried fruits and nut to customize your bars. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup flax seed |
3/4 cup hot water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Press into a foil lined 9 inch square pan. 3. Chill for 30 minutes. 4. Cut into 12 bars and wrap in plastic. 5. Store in the refrigerator. |
