this is an easy breakfast for those on the run. don't have time to make breakfast in the morn, just grab a handful of breakfast bark and be on your way, thanks to my sister, Pam. she reccomends that breakfast bark not be eaten after 10:00 AM. Ingredients:
1 pound bittersweet chocolate |
1 pound dark chocolate |
3/4 cup espresso powder |
1 cup dark roasted espresso beans |
Directions:
1. melt chocolates over double boiler 2. add espresso powder and beans 3. spread on buttered sheet pan and cool 4. break up and store in a cool place. |
