Breakfast. Well. It says it all i think. I use spelt flakes but you can use any flaky morning cereal. I prefere muesli with raisin and nuts but again, feel free to use the one you like. I recomend coffee or a glass of milk with this. Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower oil |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup cereal |
1 cup muesli |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Beat oil, sugar and egg until creamy. 2. Add rest of ingrediants. 3. Press into a mold. 4. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. |
