This came from Lap . I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2 banana, split lengthwise |
1/8 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
1/8 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt |
splenda no calorie artificial sweetener, to taste |
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced |
1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel sauce |
1 tablespoon whole grain cereal (such as kashi go lean crunch) |
Directions:
1. Lay banana in a shallow bowl, with each half curving inward. 2. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, and Splenda®. 3. Spoon mixture between bananas. Top with berries, caramel, and cereal. 4. Tip: You can substitute any kind of berries in this recipe. |
