Fast Track recipe entered here for my personal use. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
28 g whey protein (1 scoop) |
2 tsp ground cinnamon |
3 c spaghetti squash, cooked |
1 c frozen blueberries, divided |
1 tbsp ground flaxseed |
Directions:
1. Blend eggs, whey, cinnamon, squash, and 2 packets sweetener of choice. Put half of berries in 9 pie pan, pour batter over, sprinkle flaxseed on top. Bake at 350 20-30 min. Puree remaining berries and use as topping. |
