Great, fast, easy breakfast. Ingredients:
• 2 packages breakfast sausage |
• 3 cups frozen hash browns |
• 2 cups shredded cheddar |
• 1 cup bisquick |
• 2 cups milk |
• 4 eggs |
• 1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Grease a 13X9 inch pan. Cook sausage and drain. 2. 2. Stir together sausage, potatoes, and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar. Pour in baking dish. 3. 3. Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish. 4. 4. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted. 5. 5. Cool 5 minutes before serving. |
