Directions:
1. Cornbread : Mix two tsp apple cider vinegar with one cup soy milk. Blend 6tbsp hot water with 2 tbsp flax seeds. Blend all together with one cup cornmeal , one cup ww pastry, 1 tsp bak powd, 1 tsp bak soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil and 1/3-1/2 cup sugar. bake at 425 for 20 min
2. Banana: Mash two ripe bananas and add 1/4-1/3 cup oil, 1/3-1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup soy milk (mixed with two tsp apple cider vinegar). Add 1.5 tsp bp + 1/2 tsp bak soda and 1 tsp salt. also 2 cups wwpastry 1/2 cup walnuts if desired and or oats... Bake at 350 for 50 min in bread pan.
