Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs |
2 teaspoons italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon garlic |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 cup milk |
4 turkey breast cutlets |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, italian seasoning, garlic, basil and oregano. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then roll in crumbs. 2. In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat in oil for 4-5 minute on each side or until juices run clear. Dreain on paper towels. |
