This is a delicious low-fat meal. My husband thought it was pork chops until I told him! Ingredients:
4 (3 ounce) turkey cutlets |
1 cup italian breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup grated romano cheese |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup olive oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, milk, parsley and garlic powder. 2. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and cheese. 3. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs. 4. Fry (about 5 minutes) or until golden brown. 5. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Enjoy! |
