1/8 c. olive oil |
1/4 c. flour |
1/4 c. bread crumbs |
1 egg |
1/8 c. milk |
Directions:
1. combine milk and egg 2. dredge tilapia in flour, dip in milk/egg mixture, dredge in bread crumbs 3. fry in olive oil until brown |
