This recipe is from my mom's old Weight Watchers cookbook that I lost, so I had to find this again for her. Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower florets, boiled to fork-tender and cooled |
1 egg, beaten |
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix cauliflower and egg, coating well. 2. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat. 3. Heat butter over med-heat in skillet and saute garlic until soft. 4. Spread cauliflower in single layer and cook, turning until lightly browned on all sides. |
