THis is a good way to get your kids to eat cauliflower, it worked on me and I still love this dish as an adult (using this word very loosely!:P) Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
3 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. wash and chop the cauliflower into flowerets. 2. Boil in water until soft. 3. Drain well. 4. Meanwhile, melt butter and fry the breadcrumbs over medium heat. 5. A dd the cauliflower to the pan, and mix well and fry for about 4 5 minutes. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
