Adapted from a Cooking Light Recipe. Serve with whole grain rice. Ingredients:
24 oz pork tenderloin |
1 tsp garlic salt |
1 tsp black pepper |
1/4 c. white flour |
2 tsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine garlic salt, black pepper, and white flour in a shallow dish. 2. Rinse pork chops in water. 3. Blot semi-dry. 4. Dip chops in mixture,both sides 5. Brown in large non-stick pan, in olive oil, approx 5 minutes each side, or until golden brown. |
