I found it on The original poster of this recipe is Hubert Hogue. The number of servings wasn't mentioned, so, I'm just doing guess work here. Ingredients:
boneless white fish fillet (of your choice) |
1/2 cup helman mayonnaise |
1 egg |
breadcrumbs |
lemon garli garni seasoning (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Wash fillets in cold water and dry with a paper towel. 2. Sprinkle to taste with Lemon Garli Garni. 3. Mix egg and mayonnaise in a bowl. 4. Coat fillets with egg and mayonnaise mixture. 5. Sprinkle bread crumbs on a sheet of wax paper. 6. Lay fillets on bread crumbs. 7. Sprinkle tops of fillets with remainder of bread crumbs. 8. Place on a non stick baking sheet. 9. Preheat oven to high (500 degrees) and bake fillets until they start to bubble on the bottom (around 5 to 7 minutes). 10. Turn oven to broil for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. 11. Serve and enjoy. |
