Ingredients:
3-14 oz bag(s) bread crumbs seasoned |
3 stick(s) butter melted |
6 cup(s) chicken brooth |
3 cup(s) carrots diced |
3 cup(s) celery diced |
3 cup(s) onions diced |
3 tablespoon(s) garlic minced |
3 cup(s) mushrooms sliced |
salt |
pepper |
poultry seasoning |
rosemary |
sage |
thyme |
Directions:
1. In a large stock pot, melt butter 2. Saute onions, carrots, celery, garlic & mushrooms until tender 3. Season with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, sage, rosemary & thyme to taste 4. Add chicken broth and bring to boil 5. Remove from heat, add bread stuffing & mix 6. Taste & add additional seasonings as necessary 7. Stuff turkey with bread stuffing and cook according to manufacturers directions; or place bread stuffing in aluminum roasting pan, cover with foil & bake at 350 for 1 hour |
