I came up with this recipe after they said that it wasn't healthy to stuff a turkey Ingredients:
1/2 pound butter |
3 cups onion ; chopped |
3 cups celery ; chopped |
4 12 oz packages bread cubes ; or 3 16 oz loaves bread cubed |
2 tablespoons thyme |
1 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Sauté in butter onions and celery until celery is very soft. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Bake in covered dish at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
