                    This is an easy dessert to make - the family will surely enjoy it! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                6 cups cubed french bread  |  
                                                3/4 cup raisins  |  
                                                3 eggs, beaten  |  
                                                1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or fat-free)  |  
                                                2 1/2 cups hot water  |  
                                                2 tablespoons butter, melted  |  
                                                1 tablespoon grated orange zest  |  
                                                2 teaspoons vanilla extract  |  
                                                1 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 cup orange juice  |  
                                                1/2 cup granulated sugar  |  
                                                1 tablespoon cornstarch  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. 2. Place bread and raisins in a large bowl. 3. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to bread and raisin mixture. Stir well to combine. Pour into prepared dish. 4. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. 5. SAUCE: Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat and stir until thickened and bubbly.
