pudding Ingredients:
80 g bread (stale is fine!) |
250 ml milk, warm |
25 g caster sugar |
25 g brown sugar |
1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 tsp. nutmeg |
1/2 tsp. vanilla |
1 eggs |
40 g raisins |
Directions:
1. Grease 1-quart casserole. In greased casserole, combine bread cubes and milk. In medium bowl, combine sugar, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and eggs; mix well. Stir egg mixture into the bread cube mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until the pudding is set. |
