Ingredients:
80 g bread (stale is fine!)
250 ml milk, warm
25 g caster sugar
25 g brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 eggs
40 g raisins
Directions:
1. Grease 1-quart casserole. In greased casserole, combine bread cubes and milk. In medium bowl, combine sugar, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and eggs; mix well. Stir egg mixture into the bread cube mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until the pudding is set.
