I just love Sally Lunn bread, and this looks like an easy way to have the wonderful stuff. I haven't tried this yet, but plan to soon! Ingredients:
2 large eggs, slightly beaten |
3 teaspoons yeast |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup dry buttermilk |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
2 1/2 cups bread flour |
1/4 cup corn syrup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in machine according to the manufacturer's directions and start. |
