this yields enough dough for 4 10 pies or for 2 10x13 pan pizza. Ingredients:
1 3/8 cup water |
3 cups bread flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoon dry milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 tablespoon active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bread maker. 2. Use dough mode. 3. remove dough and place in lightly oiled bowl. 4. Cover, let rise in warm area for 30 mins. 5. Form into 4 equal balls (or 2 depending on your use/purpose.) 6. Cover and let rest 15 mins. 7. Roll out into circle or pat into pan. 8. Use your choice of toppings. 9. Bake at 400oF for 15 - 20 minutes or till crust is golden brown. |
