This bread has an outstanding texture and flavor- it's so good for you too! I love being able to use my breadmaker. What a wonderful machine... Ingredients:
1 cup lukewarm water |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 egg yolks |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups bread flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup rye flour |
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/4 cup cornmeal |
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. 2. Select desired crust color and 2 lb. loaf size if available. |
