This is just like the first white bread recipe, except uses only one tablespoon of Canola oil, and I have adjusted the Servings to 11 instead of 12 to come closer to the actual weighed grams of 62 g for a test slice. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 tbsp canola oil |
3 cup flour |
2 tbsp sugar |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
2 tsp yeast |
Directions:
1. Use fairly hot water so yeast will rise but not boiling 2. Add ingredients to the bread machine basket in the order given 3. Select 1.5 pound loaf on breads machine menu 4. Select Medium color and press Start 5. When baking is finished, carefully remove hot basket 6. Let bread cool if you can stand to wait 7. Slice bread 8. Enjoy |
