this recipe makes 1 loaf of bread... I have not made this one but it sounded good and easy to make. the recipe is from the National honey board. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon active dry yeast |
2-1/4 cups bread flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped green onion tops |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 cup bloody mary mix (or spicy tomato juice) |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients into bread machine in order listed. Select NORMAL program. Press START.

3. The subtle flavor of this bread makes it a perfect accompaniment for beef stew or vegetable soup.
