I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Wegmans. Ingredients:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (italian classics tuscany style preferred) |
1/3 lb parmigiano-reggiano cheese (italian classics preferred) |
fresh ground black pepper |
wegmans fleur de sel |
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil on clean serving platter. 2. Grate cheese; sprinkle on oil. 3. Season to taste with pepper and Fleur De Sel. 4. Options: Serve with baguette. Cheese can be shaved with a vegetable peeler. |
