Bread Coated Lamb Chops With Chutney |

Adapted from a Canadian Cookbook Ingredients:
1 cup fresh breadcrumb |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
3 tablespoons chutney (mango is nice) |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
4 lamb loin chops |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Combine bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on a plate. 3. Combine chutney and lemon juice, spread completely over each chop. 4. Coat each chop with the bread crumb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet. 5. Bake about 20-25 minutes or until done. |
