3 slices bread or 3 slices buns |
2 cups milk (low- fat if possible) |
2 eggs |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons sultanas or 3 tablespoons raisins |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Spread the bread with margarine and cut into small. 2. squares, then place into an ovenproof dish. 3. Beat eggs and milk together. Add sugar, cinnamon. 4. and sultanas and pour mixture over bread. 5. Bake at 180°C for 30 – 40 minutes until set. |
