This tastes like creamy lime pudding. Ingredients:
2 -3 avocados, ripe |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1/3 cup whipping cream |
3 -4 tablespoons lime juice |
Directions:
1. Peel avocados and cut into pieces. Place with remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve chilled in parfait glasses with a wedge of lime.
