A crisp, light cookie; easy to make...good for holiday trays. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups brown sugar |
1 cup grated brazil nut |
1 3/4 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 pinch cinnamon |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs till light; beat in sugar. 2. Add everything else. 3. Chill dough for 30 minutes. 4. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 5. Break off pieces of dough and roll to pencil shape, about 3 long. 6. Place on greased baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. |
