BRAUNSWEIGER DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986.

Ingredients:

1 package liverwurst

1 tablespoon minced onions

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

4 ounces cream cheese

1 teaspoon tabasco sauce

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and form into ball.
2. Chill at least 2 hours then serve with crackers or crusty bread.
