My grandfather was a downtown St. Louis corner market owner/butcher. He loved this! Especially when he provided the fresh braunschweiger. Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese (8 oz) |
1 lb braunschweiger |
1/2 cup chili sauce (catsup may be substituted) |
2 tsp horseradish |
1 tbl minced onion |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients together 2. Serve with crackers |
