My MIL has made this spread every Christmas and is excellent as an appetizer with garlic toast. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package braunschweiger sausage (room temperature) |
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature) |
4 tablespoons diced dill pickles |
4 tablespoons diced onions |
4 teaspoons pickle juice |
6 -8 drops hot sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Beat with mixer until it is well blended and spreads easily. |
