My MIL has made this spread every Christmas and is excellent as an appetizer with garlic toast.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package braunschweiger sausage (room temperature)
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
4 tablespoons diced dill pickles
4 tablespoons diced onions
4 teaspoons pickle juice
6 -8 drops hot sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Beat with mixer until it is well blended and spreads easily.
