Ingredients:
2 large red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
1/2 onion, thinly slice |
1 lb bratwurst, sliced |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can can mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. In greased 9x13 casserole, layer half of potatoes, onions, and bratwurst. 2. Spread half the can of soup of this. 3. Repeat. 4. Cover with foil. 5. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes. 6. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or more until top is brown and vegetable are done. |
