This is a fantastic cream to serve with your Christmas Pudd or cake. Can't get any easier than this one This is so easy to make and tastes delicious!
Ingredients:
1 egg, separated
3/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cream, whipped
1/4 cup brandy
Directions:
1. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry.
2. Fold in sugar and lightly beaten egg yolk.
3. Fold in cream, then brandy.
4. Serve with your Christmas pudding.
