I serve this brandy butter with our Christmas pudding. It wouldn't be Christmas without it! Ingredients:
100 g unsalted butter, softened |
1 cup icing sugar, sifted |
2 tablespoons brandy |
Directions:
1. Whip butter in a small bowl with electric beaters until light and fluffy. 2. Gradudually add icing sugar and brandy, beat until smooth, Refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm. |
