Brandied Peaches

Great with chicken, turkey or roast pork
Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) can peaches, halves
1 (12 ounce) box mincemeat
4 tablespoons brandy
1/4 cup toasted pecans (chopped) (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Drain peaches, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
3. Crumble mincemeat in a saucepan and add syrup.
4. Boil, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until thickened.
5. Add brandy and boil 1 minute longer.
6. Place peach halves in baking dish.
7. Spoon mince-meat mixture over peaches.
8. Bake 15 Minutes.
9. After removing from oven sprinkle with pecans if desired.
