This sauce is fantastic. It should be made at least 2 weeks before use, however I've made it the day before and it was still really good. I got this recipe from Mimi's on the internet several years ago. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup apple brandy |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well in a pyrex dish. 2. Cook in a preheated 275 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. 3. Stir every 20 minutes. 4. Keep in a tightly covered container in the fridge. |
