scrumptious cranberries, cooked with sugar and brandy - delicious over cake, cheese, or just on it's own - make sure you use a deep pan!
Ingredients:
2 lbs cranberries
3 cups sugar
6 tablespoons brandy
Directions:
1. Spread cranberries evenly in a roasting pan
2. sprinkle sugar over berries and pour brandy over all.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour –.
4. cool completely before serving-.
