This is a nice alternative to Thanksgiving Day cranberry sauce. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh cranberries or 2 cups frozen cranberries |
1 cup granulated sugar |
3 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon brandy flavoring |
Directions:
1. Put all 4 ingredients into 2 quart casserole dish. 2. Mix well, cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour. 3. Serve hot or cold with any poultry or meat. |
