I have two different brandied cranberry recipes -here is the first one, they both are my favorites! Ingredients:
4 c. fresh cranberries |
2 c. sugar |
1/3 c. brandy |
Directions:
1. 1. Combine cranberries, sugar and brandy and mix well. 2. 2. Place mixture in a 9X13 pan and cover w/foil. 3. 3. Bake at ~300 oven until the berries pop. 4. 4. Refridgerate when cool - reheat if desired. |
